NEWSLETTER REGULATIONS

Best Lab

1. These regulations define the general terms and conditions of the newsletter service – an electronic paper (sent in the form of an electronic letter – e-mail) and published by Best Lab.

2. Data of the newsletter publisher, i.e. Best Lab are as follows:

3. Best Lab informs that the newsletter may contain commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.

4. The newsletter is completely free and available to all persons, provided that they express their willingness to receive it under the terms set out in these Regulations.

5. The newsletter contains information about the offer of Best Lab training products, including information about new training courses, current promotions and other news about Best Lab and the products or services it offers, including opinions, press and other materials, as well as links to Best Lab's websites or websites partnering with Best Lab.

6. The newsletter is sent at least once a week.

7. The newsletter will be sent to Users from the address of the newsletter publisher, i.e.: info@bestlab.com.pl.  

8. Each newsletter contains:

  1. information about Best Lab as the publisher of the newsletter, including its contact and address details;
  2. a completed field with information from Best Lab, referred to in point 4 of these Regulations, constituting the content of the newsletter, 
  3. information on how to unsubscribe from the newsletter service or change the User’s e-mail address to which the newsletter is sent,
  4. reference to these Regulations.

9. To receive the newsletter, the User should:

  1. order the newsletter service by providing your e-mail address in the electronic form available on the website www.bestlab.com.pl,
  2. accept these Regulations by checking the appropriate box in the electronic form and confirm the will to receive the newsletter,
  3. have an active e-mail address,
  4. activate the link contained in the message sent automatically by Best Lab to the e-mail address provided by the User.

10. Upon activating the link contained in the message referred to in point 9 letter d) above, an agreement for the provision of newsletter services is concluded between the Parties under the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.

11. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. For this purpose, the service User can click on the appropriate link placed in the footer of each message by entering his/her e-mail address in the appropriate field and then selecting the "Unsubscribe" button or write directly to the e-mail address info@bestlab.com.pl

12. The User may reorder the newsletter service at any time. To do so, the User should activate the service again by following the steps described in point 8 of these Regulations.

13. Best Lab reserves the right to:

  1. temporarily deactivate the newsletter service if it is necessary for technical reasons,
  2. completely discontinue the provision of the newsletter service after prior notification to its Users, without giving any reason.

14. Best Lab declares that the e-mail address provided by the User will not be made available to third parties.

15. Best Lab declares that the e-mail address provided by the User will be processed in accordance with the provisions in force in this matter, and in particular in accordance with the Act of 8 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (vol. unit Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended) and in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal Laws of 2019, item 1781) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal EU L 119, p. 1).

16. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the principles set out in Best Lab's REGULATIONS and PRIVACY POLICY (available at www.bestlab.com.pl).
