REGISTRATION IN OUR STORE

1. How can I create an account in the online store?

To create an account in our online store, click “Create an account” and provide all the necessary details. Once you register, you will receive an email from us with an activation link. Click on the link provided in the email and enjoy shopping in our store!

2. Do I need to register to purchase products in the online store?

No, you can make purchases in our store without registration. However, this has certain drawbacks: You won't be able to check your order history, and you'll have to fill out your address details with each subsequent purchase. Most importantly, without an account in our online store, you will not benefit from promotional offers prepared especially for our regular customers.

3. How do I change the address in my account?

It's simple. Log in to your account and click “Edit data”. Now, you can edit your information!

4. How can I recover the password to my account?

If you have forgotten your password, click the “I forgot my password” button and enter the email address you used to register in our online store. We will send a new password to the email provided. And done!

1. Why are Best Lab products the best?
Our products' unique formulas are created by the best dietitians in Poland. They work with patients every daily and have many years of experience. Moreover, each product is based on the latest scientific research. There is no room for compromise here. Best Lab dietary supplements always contain standardised raw materials, the highest quality ingredients and no artificial fillers. Their composition is innovative and rich, and the capsule itself is made of plant cellulose, a completely natural raw material. And most importantly – Best Lab dietary supplements are simply effective in their action. The ingredients with the highest absorbability and optimal therapeutic doses guarantee their effectiveness. Thanks to this, you can see the desired results very quickly.

2. How should I store Best Lab products?

Please carefully read the information on the packaging. We always include all the necessary information. Remember that dietary supplements should generally be stored at room temperature, in a dry place and out of reach of children.

3. Are Best Lab products suitable for vegans?

Yes, our products are suitable for vegans because all the ingredients in the formulas are plant-based, and the capsule shell is made of cellulose – a natural raw material best for this purpose.

4. Should I do any tests before I start supplementing?

Before starting supplementation, it is worth doing some standard tests, e.g. a basic blood morphology. This way, you will have insight into your health before starting the treatment and can compare it with the effects you will (quickly!) achieve when you use our products.

YOUR ORDER

1. What shipping methods are available?

In Poland, you can choose InPost parcel lockers or InPost courier delivery. We ship orders abroad via the DPD courier company.

2. How quickly will I receive my order?

As soon as possible! Typically, order processing time with delivery is 1–3 business days. In exceptional situations, e.g., a large promotional campaign and an increased number of orders, the processing and shipping time may be extended to 5 business days.

3. What are the shipping costs?

InPost courier – PLN 15.00
InPost courier (payment on delivery) – PLN 18.00
InPost parcel lockers – PLN 16.00
DPD courier (within the European Union) – price depending on the country of delivery

4. Is it possible to collect the order in person?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible, but we encourage you to make a purchase and choose the most comfortable shipping option.

5. Is it possible to ship an order abroad?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide.

6. At what time are the orders delivered?

Unfortunately, we cannot specify the delivery time of your order, but couriers usually deliver the parcels between 8:00 and 20:00.

7. How do I check the status of my order?

If you have an account in our online store, you can check the status in your order history. We also send emails informing you about any changes in the status of your order. In the last one, you will receive the waybill number.

8. Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to edit an order once it has been placed. However, if it is not too late, you can try to cancel the order by sending an e-mail to info@bestlab.com.pl. If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can cancel it and shop again.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we immediately get to work. However, you can try sending an e-mail to info@bestlab.com.pl. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will put it on hold.

10. Can I pick up my order at a parcel locker?

Yes, one of the available shipping options is InPost parcel lockers.

11. What if I didn’t manage to collect my parcel from InPost?

It happens! Contact us by phone at 793 787 737. We will ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

PAYMENTS 

1. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order in two ways: online (available payment methods: AutoPay, PayPal, Visa/Mastercard, Blik) or upon delivery (cash on delivery).

2. Can I return the purchased products?

Yes, you can return the purchased products without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. Please remember that under the terms and conditions and within the deadlines specified in the regulations, you should only return the factory-packed product. Please attach a declaration of withdrawal from the distance agreement to the package with the returned goods. Please return the products with the receipt or VAT invoice and the original return form to the Seller's warehouse address: BEST LAB, ul. Tartaczna 14, 26-600 Radom

3. Can I exchange the purchased product for another one?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product without a cash settlement. However, you can return the purchased goods and place a new order. 

4. When will I receive the refund for returning the product?

We will refund the money for returned goods within 14 days of receiving the return package.

5. How will I receive payment for the returned goods?

If you made the payment online, you will receive your refund to the account from which you made the transfer. If you choose to pay on delivery, we will refund the money to the account number provided in the return form. 

6. What if I chose online payment but did not make it?

You can make an online payment within 3 business days of placing your order. If you do not make payment after this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.
